1. Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in time will be eligible for a full refund (minus minimal processing fees).
2. Short-Notice Cancellation
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in.
3. No-Show
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without notice), 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
4. Dynamic Situations
In case of emergencies or temple-related restrictions, we may offer booking date modifications instead of cancellations. Please contact us for support.
